Vendemmia
Our first restaurant, located in Seattle’s Madrona neighborhood features a constantly changing menu built around house-made pastas, lots of local vegetables, and a few choice proteins.
HÆRFEST
Coming soon to the Fremont neighborhood. A refined take on our signature approach—prioritizing the freshest ingredients, prepared with simplicity. Our menu showcases locally and sustainably-harvested produce, seafood, and, of course, fresh house made pastas.
EAST ANCHOR SEAFOOD
A fresh seafood market in the Madrona neighborhood (next to Vendemmia) offering only fresh, sustainably caught fish and shellfish, which meets the standards of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch. In addition, East Anchor offers a small dine-in / take-out menu, as well as retail wine, beer, and other food related items.
RACCOLTO
Our second restaurant, located in the Junction in West Seattle, on California Ave just north of Genessee. The focus again is on fresh product, served simply. The menu is Italian inspired, and focuses on locally and sustainably-harvested produce and seafood.
Haymaker
Our largest restaurant and second in West Seattle. Haymaker takes a very simple approach to modern American cuisine, while staying true to who we are in focusing on Seafood, Vegetables and Pasta. Haymaker is also our only restaurant to offer brunch on weekends.
Autumn
Located in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle, Autumn Restaurant focuses on a simple approach to pasta, seafood & vegetables.
G.H. Pasta & Pizza
Located in West Seattle, we serve house extruded pasta, pizza, and familiar starters using seasonal & local ingredients.
