Intro to Grilling Class Recipe

ELDR Beef Spice Rub

Yield: 3 Cups

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Ground Coffee

1/4 Cup Ancho Powder

1/4 Cup Paprika Sweet

1/4 Cup Sale

1/3 C Brown Sugar

5 tablespoons White Granulated Sugar

1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

2 tablespoons Guajillo Powder

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Directions:

If you do not have Ancho & Guajillo powder, you can substitute chili powder. Toast your dried chilis in the oven at 350 degrees for 2.5 minutes. Cool down and then grind dried chilis. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands, rub all the spices together to break up any clumps in the brown sugar. Once fully mixed, store in airtight containers in a cool, dry place.
